A natural companion to the bookkeeping work I already do for real estate agents and brokers. What notary services will be offered?
General notarial acts such as acknowledgments, jurats, oaths, and signature witnessing, plus loan signings including residential purchase, refinance, HELOC, reverse mortgage, and commercial and construction loan closings. All services will be mobile within Riverside County, including the Coachella Valley.
